Final pricing is determined based on transaction volume, number of billable accounts, complexity of services, and optional add-on services. All scope and pricing details are formally documented in a written Engagement Addendum prior to the start of services. This ensures you're placed in the right service level from the start, so your books are handled accurately and consistently.

Financial Analysis & Insights

For business owners who want more than just numbers, this service helps you understand what your financials are actually telling you. This may include variance analysis, identification of key income and expense drivers, and trend analysis.

Starting at $150/month, depending on scope and level of detail requested.

Payroll Entry Support

Entry and reconciliation of payroll reports provided by your payroll service provider. So your records remain accurate and aligned with your payroll provider.

DBS does not process payroll or file payroll tax returns.

1099 Preparation Support

Helping you stay organized and prepared at year-end. Preparation and organization of contractor payment data for 1099 reporting, including vendor summaries and export-ready reports. Clients or their tax professional are responsible for final review, filing, and compliance.

Base fee plus per-contractor pricing applies.

Historical Cleanup Services

So you can move forward with clean, reliable financials. Correction and reconstruction of prior-period bookkeeping when records are incomplete or inaccurate.

Quoted separately and documented prior to commencement.

Cash Flow Management

Includes accounts payable and receivable support to help you stay on top of incoming and outgoing cash, maintain accurate records, and avoid surprises.

Scope of Services

To maintain clarity of scope, DBS does not:

Process payroll
File payroll tax returns
File sales tax returns
File gross excise tax returns
Prepare or file income tax returns
Provide tax advice
Perform audit or attestation services

While these services fall outside our scope, we're happy to coordinate with your CPA or tax professional to ensure everything works together smoothly.
